To nurture a unified, spiritually strong, and well-coordinated ISKCON community across ISKCON – Interior Maharashtra Preaching Ministry (IMPM) that faithfully represents the teachings and mission of Srila Prabhupada, guiding devotees towards pure devotional service and expanding Krishna consciousness in every town and village.
To facilitate cooperative leadership and effective governance among ISKCON temples within Interior Maharashtra under the guidance of Lokanath Swami Maharaja by:
- Strengthening communication, trust, and collaboration among Temple Presidents, RSAs, and senior leaders
- Establishing and maintaining the proper hierarchical structure of ISKCON to ensure clarity in authority, responsibility, and accountability
- Establishing and supporting structured preaching strategies and educational initiatives
- Ensuring proper administration and timely resolution of challenges within temples
- Organising regular meetings, retreats, and forums for leadership development, including brahmachari care and training
- Coordinating major festivals, yatras, and outreach efforts to expand congregational preaching
- Preserving and implementing the standards, systems, and spiritual vision established by Srila Prabhupada
