Translation

Even if he be distressed or degraded, any person who chants the holy name of the Lord, having heard it from a bona fide spiritual master, is immediately purified. Even if he chants the Lord’s name jokingly or by chance, he and anyone who hears him are freed from all sins. Therefore how can anyone seeking disentanglement from the material clutches avoid chanting the name of Lord Śeṣa? Of whom else should one take shelter?

Mauritius devotess are ready in terms of preparation for upcoming guru maharaj yatra to mauritius.

We should remember that our main Focus is Mother Temple-Bhuvaikuntha Temple Construction for upcoming years .

This Project is just not Construction but Intense Desire of Guru Maharaj in service of Paduranga and Prabhupada.

And we can observe this fact by maharaj scheduled,Guru Maharaj didn’t miss Panihati Festival in last some years but this year he stayed in Pandharpur Dham for Construction observation.

He also trying to keep his presence in pandharpur dham as much as possible.

It is recommended that no new yatra should be arranged in this period until Vrindavan yatra. At least this year, initiated devotees should be present for this event.

IMPM zone saffron standard committee: This year target of 50 saffron on sannyasa anniversary program. Saffron festival can be arranged. If anyone interested then can contact.

HH Gaurgovind maharaj’s sannyasa anniversary. At 4 places sannyasa mahotsava is been conducted. HH Haldhar maharaj have organised this event.
Targeted 500 harinaam diksha in sannyasa program. No initiation in Kartik.

All arrangements are been made in Vrindavan, but this is very fortunate for us to attend this event and we celebrate enthusiastically.
3 lakh foreign yatra with Gurumaharaj is a big opportunity. This will also facilitate fund raising.

Please provide detailed information on yatras to all leaders. On 15 December temple complex work is done and ground floor cast done. Continuous construction is going on. 1 floor shall be completed till Ashadi. All targets should be completed. Target to complete 4 slabs in this year.

GM want to give opportunity to every one for giving seva.
This year those who will donate 1 lakh (pundalik veet) until ashadi Ekadashi, they will get free Vrindavan accommodation.

50 anniversary of Krishna Balram Mandir: 1 April-6 April. Various Prabhupad disciples are coming. Gurumaharaj: Various Prabhupad disciples are departing one by one, we should take their association whenever possible.

Maharashtra council Meeting: 1^st meeting will be conducted on 5^th March 6-7 pm. All temple presidents, managers, GM, outpost leaders, extension centre, preaching centres should attend this meeting. RSAs and Gaurang pr will be present.

Lok office: We are thinking of starting a central office from where centrally of the activities will be managed. This is Gurumaharaj’s office. We are officially representing GM’s office. If you need any help, you can contact us. Email id have been prepared and we can start Whatsapp number for this.

Padmamali Pr: Lok office is the representation of gurumaharaj himself. All activities in future will be considered as operational desk of Guru maharaj. Lok office is indifferent than gurumaharaj.

Registration link will open on 15th November for 1 to 3 days visit in the Yatra, through SPOG only.
After registration, participants can collect belts and other materials.
No entry to the Pandal without prior registration — this applies to everyone, including brahmacaris and donors.

Sri Sri Radha Shyamsundar Cultural Center, Ichalkaranji temple project has been made presentation.
Book Marathon – December 2025

Due to the December Yatra, the Book Marathon will be conducted from 2nd November to 2nd December.
50 lakhs Maha Big Books worth of pledges have already been taken for this year.
Temples under the IMPM Zone are yet to submit their pledges.
Prabhupada Jeevan Prabhu has personally called many leaders to take pledges.
The WIDC Bhagavad-gītā
Marathon price list will be shared in the groups shortly.
Srila Prabhupada’s book distribution quotes can be circulated to inspire devotees.
Every devotee is encouraged to take individual pledges.

Zoom Temple performance: It is observed that generally new devotees and matajis ask questions, which are basic and neophyte questions. Generally only Matajis ask questions. We should ask good quality and scholarly questions. When guests and Prabhupad disciples give Japa talk sessions then senior devotees and leaders should be visible and actively ask question.

Single point of contact (SPOC): Every temple will be given a call and temple should provide name of one SPOC by July last week-August first week.
Excel sheet is prepared for yatra registration. SPOCs should fill this excel sheet.

3 Categories of Accommodation:

Category 1: INR 12000/Person (Includes Accomodation with Ac & Gyser, Prasad, Transport for all 6 Days)

Category 2: INR 6000/Person (Includes Accomodation with Hot Water, Prasad, Transport for all 6 Days)

Category 3: INR 4000/Person (Includes Prasad & Transport for all 6 Days, No Accomodation)

Sahasranaam pr: Category 4 should be created for those who want only prasad.

Yatra coordinators to fill all data of devotees from their centres.
Accommodation will be family based. Room allotment will be given as per family members.
Allotted rooms will be given in bulk to SPOCs and SPOCs will allot rooms to the devotees in their centres.
Room allotment: First come first serve basis. Program is at Fogla ashram. First registered devotees will get first allotment near Ashram and so on.

Payment deadlines:
- Registration open: 1 August-1 November
- 15 September: 50% Laxmi to be submitted for allotment
- 1 November: 50 % Laxmi to be submitted
- No registration accepted after 1 November

Jaytirth pr: All room are within 2-3 km circumference from Fogla ashram. Early cooperation will ensure good assistance from management.
SPOC will be responsible for all communication with accommodation management.
This yatra is for all devotees connected with Gurumaharaj, even out of IMPM zone.
